The dog was wild for years living off of mice and other such little animals now she's just happy to not have to work for her food. And she's gained a good amount of weight

Arrival Story:
As we drove home every night we would see a black and white dog dart away from us. One day we found her beneath some trailers and gave her some doggie food. After a while she became more and more comfortable until she was sleeping in the house with the other dogs.
Bio:
Sasha was really diffucult to introduce to domesticated life. She had been living on her own for God only knows how long and now we were trying to teach her things. She'd take treats at first but only if you threw them. Gradually she worked up to being fed by us, then sleeping on the porch and finally one day I convinced her to come inside by sitting on the ground and just leaving the front door open so she wouldn't feel trapped. Now, she sleeps in the house and is one of the most loving dogs I've ever been around. She gives kisses and if it was up to her she would never be away from any of us. She is always up for some lovin' and I think that she is such an amazing dog to be able to trust us after someone did something so horrible as to drop her off in the middle of nowhere with no food or water and no shelter. I love her so much!
