Arrival Story:
I got lost and was looking for my parents. I know they had to be looking for me too. I tried to be such a good girl for them, even though Daddy was mean to me sometimes. I still had my collar on, but they couldn't find me... My new Mommy saw me running down the street one day and she says it was love at first sight. I was on my own for a few weeks before she caught me though. She tried to find my other people, and called me "puppy" while she was looking for them. She was afraid if she named me, she wouldn't be able to let me go home. My old parents never found me, but I couldn't remember being called anything other than Puppy by then. I've been with my new parents a long time, and can't imagine being anywhere else! My new Daddy is so nice to me too!
