Arrival Story:
Well, it's kind of a bittersweet story. We got Lady when my husband and I's first mini dachshund Bella was about 6 months old. Bella had a skin condition, and it made her very supseptable for illness. Well, after about three months from the time we perchased Lady, Bella contracted Parvo, even after recieving two vaccinations against it. After half a week in a vetrinarians office, Bella took a turn for the worse and we made the decision to go ahead and end her suffering. Most suprising of all, is that Lady, who was still too young to recieve a vaccination, never caught the disease. My husband and I are very thankfull, since Lady has been with us from then on.
