Arrival Story:
My mommy and daddy rescued me from the Town Lake Animal Shelter on Mother's Day. As soon as I saw them, I knew they were perfect. I stood up on my back legs and leaned up against the crack in the gate so they could pet me and see how lovable I am. I tried not to act too excited when they took me to the private play area at the shelter, so I just ignored them and played it cool. Every now and then I would jump in their laps and kiss them on the face. I guess it worked, because they introduced me to my new sister, Layla, and took me home! Now they tell me every day that I'm the sweetest dog in the whole wide world.
Bio:
My mommy and daddy adopted me even though I have heartworms. Right now I'm waiting for the heartworm treatment to come back on the market so that I can finally get my shots and and run around without getting so tired!
