Arrival Story:
Little Thrash was recently adopted form a local animal shelter in Philly. Before that he was a poor, scared street dog who was found wandering the streets of Louisiana with heartworm and a respiratory infection. Luckily, Operation Ava, a no-kill shelter in Philly that adopts dogs from high-kill shelters, saved him and gave him a chance for a new life. Though he was scared of everything at first, including his food bowl, men in general, and squeak toys, he has come a long way since then. The simple things in life like a new treat, a walk in the park, and a mommy's lap to sit on, bring so much joy to his little face.
Now he has a family that loves him, a doggie-sister to play with, and most of all, new life.
