Sleep in all day, love warm baths (weird huh) and getting her ears cleaned...being scratched on the belly grrrrrrrrrr...taking Kai and Deric's baby blanket

moving her...she likes to be still...oh the vaccum..she hates that!!!

Favorite Toy:
her squeaky steak, my sons stuffed beagle, and nabbing our sons baby blanket

Favorite Food:
scooby snacks...and whatever toys my kids seem to throw at her. She's the only basset we know that would rather be with us than eat her meal.

Favorite Walk:
walk...she's too lazy...unless there's a treat involved, that will get her moving

Best Tricks:
lie there hahahhahah...don't move.....playing deaf...

Arrival Story:
We found her on puppyfind.com, initially we were just browsing but then we thought wow it would be great for the kids to have a puppy. We were lucky because she is just what we wanted. She's a very low maitenance dog. I think the breed is just a mellow breed but when she smells something you better watch out...there's nothing that can get in her way of a scent.

Bio:
We named our basset hound Peanut because our 3 yr old son said we should name her Peanut "Eyeball man"....but that didn't go so we named her Peanut.

Chewing frenzy

Lately...my Mom and Dad have been making me stay outside because the weather is nice. I found so many things to chew on...I don't understand why they get mad at me....it's not my fault I needed something to chew on...they need a bigger backyard for me.

I was fixed a week ago but I feel better now. ...there's the end of my pedigree line ;( I guess it's safer for me though. Back to my old self again...hmmm I smell something good cooking.....
