Pet-Peeves: being woken up from my nice warm sleep, being ignored, stupid lampshade headcollars which you get when you have an operation, not being able to play with other doggies, fireworks, house alarms
Favorite Toy: toys? what for? i have my pets and every1 else to love and adore me
Favorite Food: chicken, chocolate, anything edible i guess :-)
Favorite Walk: the park or anywere were i can play
Best Tricks: being adorable by titling my head and looking at my pets with my big brown eyes! apart from that - amm... none really, i have a 10 second attention span and your lucky if i even give you that but i do have basic obedience when i decide to use it :-)
Arrival Story: well i was born into a litter of 11 so there was loads of us but it meant we could all snuggle up together when it was cold. i look just like my mummy now my pets say and when i was a pup i looked like a little fat chocolate lab pup. i was the last 1 to get picked out my brother and sisters so i was with my mummy until i was nearly 3 months old, my mummys pet persuaded 1 of pets now to get me and luckily she did and now i am the princess of the house and by far the most beautiful one, hehe!
Bio: i live with my pets Dawn (my best friend and my main carer, she is actually a year younger than me but she still take care of me very well and i love her too bits) , ryan & kathryn (the younger slightly annoying sometimes pets) , kim & paul (dawn, ryan & kathryns mommy & daddy and the leader of our pack) If you live in ballyclare or near it you will probably have seen me around as i am always down at the big park showing off and havin fun. i am such a social dog and love to be around other dogs running around and playin in the river. i also imagine myself as a beautiful tiger and love to hide in the long grass and then stalk up to my pet or 1 of my friends if im with them and jump out on him/her, it is so fun. i also like the 2 gerbils and the rabbits which also live at my house - they are so fascinating to watch, just a pity they arent bigger so i could play with them, i do run around the outside the rabbits run while they run around inside, very fun but makes you dizzy! i love to bark to make sure people know i have entered the park or am atleast around! i love to chase the birds in our backgarden but the birds must have realised now that i cant get them when they go on the fench even when i jump my highest, it is so unfair, stupid birds. apart from that i am a happy happy doggie who every1 loves. i know you love me, you just have to admit it.
well i recently got my leg ampuatated on monday the 25th april 2005 because i got a tumor in her hip which was causing cancer of the bone. it was causing me so much pain that my wonderful owners decided to get my leg amputated. i am doing really well now though and can hop along fine on my 3 legs. ** (27/8/05) unfortunately due to blood collecting inside my lungs my wonderful owners made the hard decision of putting me down. it was the kindest thing and i thank them for it - i am now out of pain and playing with my doggie friends at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for them! **

I've Been On Dogster Since:
this is a very nice poem which my wonderful owner Dawn wrote about me after i had went to the Rainbow Bridge -
Tanya
There once was a dog of strength, bravery and playfulness…
She had a cold wet nose, a chocolate brown fluffy coat and a long waggy tail.
When I was born she was nearly a year old and was excited about my arrival.
Slowly as I grew, this fluffy wonder taught me the aspects of life and guarded my every move.
She was a guardian angel and a best friend, so much more than just a dog.
There was not a single bad hair on her body.
She was my world and that world fell apart when I heard she had cancer in her leg bone.
I thought I would lose my baby…
Luckily there was a way to save her - amputate her leg.
In March, Tanya became 1 leg less but it didn’t affect her - She was a fighter.
She was still my wonderful, friendly guardian angel even with only 3 legs!
She walked this world for only 5 more months before the dreaded cancer struck again in her lungs and took my love away.
With a lick to the hand and a quiet whimper, she left our world after 15 years of devoted loyalty & never-ending friendship.
I know she is still watching over me, my darling Tanya, and is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge.
Her youth restored and playing happily with her doggie friends until I meet her there.
Then we will cross the Rainbow Bridge to our final resting place, together again forever.
unfortunately i got put down today because the 'fluid' inside my lungs was actually blood. that horrible cancer struck again! my owner were very sad but i thank them for making the difficult decision of putting me down as i am now no longer in pain!
well i had an xray today and unfortunately i have alot of fluid round my lungs. they are draining it all away tomorrow and then taking another xray to see if the cancer has hit my lungs. my owners are very upset! i hope everything turns out ok, i guess we will just have to see what happens tomorrow!
