Its a big scary world

Mom Says I'm Awesome!

We went to the vets this morning. He says I'm a heartbreaker! No more problems and I'm gaining weight and growing like a weed.
Mom says I am ready to find a new home and she has been screening people for a week. We played in the yard for a while and worked on some training. She says I train so easy its sad. I tried to tell her I want to stay here but she just cuddled me and said thats not gonna happen. She says I need to find my own home with people who know that I am the best dog in the world. I am worried that no one wants me but Mom says no way. She gets this sad look on her face when I kiss her and says I need to understand that somewhere out there is a family that can't wait for me to arrive. If it takes a year she says she will find me the perfect home. We played fetch for a few minutes and then Sabi came out to wrestle with me. We were playing and running around and Mom was laughing and telling us we were crazy. Then a man walked by and yelled at us for playing. Mom called us and we went right away to her. She told the man to please not yell at her dogs and he yelled a her and then went away. She told us to go play and threw the frisbee for us. When we went inside for my lunch I went straight to my crate and waited for my food. Mom gave me a big hug and said anyone who didn't want me was crazy 'cause I am awesome!

What a Day

I got a bath this morning. I had an upset tummy in the night and I was sleeping in my crate so I made a big mess. My new mom was crying and really mad and then she was yelling on the phone and wouldn't play with me. After she got off the phone she got me ready to go out and I thought we were going to the park. Then she put all my stuff in the car. Yay a car ride. She was really quiet and I thought she was still mad. Then we got out of the car and everything smelled familiar. She brought me home! And Sabi was waiting for me and the frisbee was there. My first mom gave me a big hug and I kissed her face. Then she put me out in the yard cause I still had an upset tummy. But Sabi came with me so we were mostly playing. I almost didn't notice. My mom left without me! I cried at the fence but then my first mom called me into the house and gave me a big hug. She told me we needed to get me healthy again and then we would worry about the rest. I didn't know what she meant but she made me a little dish of food and let me sleep for a while. Then I went back outside and played some. I peed on the floor when she brought me in so she put me back out. I remember this now, no peeing in the house. Before bed she cuddled me for a while but she wouldn't let me have a blanket in my crate. She said in a few days when I feel better maybe.
I am really tired and my tummy hurts. I am a bit hungry too. I don't know why I'm here but I know I'm safe.

I found a Furever home!

I have my very own home! I will be going home on October 19th. My new people are going on vacation for a week and when they come back they are coming to get me. And Mom gets to come for training sessions. Since I am my new peoples first dog Mom said she would throw in basic obedience free of charge to help make sure I stay in a good place.
I have been sleeping through the night in my crate(7 hours), I KNOW sit and we are working on down. I come like a bullet every time! Mom plays with my feet and ears and tail. She checks my mouth and makes me stand still while she pets me all over. I am awesome on my leash now. I sometimes don't like my lessons but Mom is always calm and quiet with me. She says the best shot she can give me is to make me well behaved.
