Arrival Story:
Buffy was picked up as a stray and brought to the SPCA. She had a softball sized pendulous mass hanging from her neck. During surgery to remove it, more tumors were found. Pathology showed Grade II mast cell tumors and she was therefore scheduled to be euthanized. As a volunteer, I get daily updates on our dogs so once I received the news, I asked if I could bring her home for her to live out her life. She still has great quality of life and until she decides it's time to check out, she will be showered with love and compassion. I love you Buffy!
