Lady contacted the breeder about the available pups [we were about 6 weeks old at the time], and there was 1 left [yours truly!] due to the original buyer canceling on me because his HOA wouldn't allow him to own a Doberman [what kinda nonsense is THAT!]. Lady had her heart set on a red one, but I won her over in those super cute pics the breeder emailed to her!
Finally! I was 8 weeks old and after an 8 hour road trip to the city with my brothers and sisters, I FINALLY got to meet Lady and her crew! They were SOO excited to see me [as I was them]! Once we got home, my new big brother, Chief, a German Shorthaired Pointer, welcomed me as only a pointer could!
Boy! I didn't know whether to run, bark or play! But, I quickly grew accustomed to my new humans and my new big brother!
