Birthday: November 4th 2007 Likes: Being with her mom Pet-Peeves: When the other dogs don't respect her space Favorite Toy: Tiny tennis ball Favorite Food: Cheese Favorite Walk: Anywhere she is with her mommy Best Tricks: Looking pathetic so you feel sorry for her and give her treats Arrival Story: Nukaq came from a responsible breeder. I had searched for months for the right breeder via phone, email and websites and finally found a pup that met my needs in Minnesota. My DH and my friend (who got the other 2 females in the litter) traveled 11 hours with me to Minnesota to pick up the puppies. The breeder had picked Nukaq out for me based on what fit my family and that she was show potential. Nukaq was very different right from the beginning. In all of her weekly update pictures, she was the one doing her own thing. She is what some breeders refer to as a "Thinker" as she would sit and observe what was going on around her. She learned basic things like potty training and basic commands very very quickly. She was totally opposite of what Nevada had been. Bio: Nukaq received her CGC at just 20 weeks old. She then became an UKC Champion at 7 months old. At 18 months old, Nukaq obtained her TDI certification and passed the ATTS Temperament Test. She became an AKC Champion at 3 years old and is now working on her UKC Grand Championship. She currently has 2 of the 5 'legs' needed for that. Our next ambition will likely be AKC Rally and Obedience. I've Been On Dogster Since:
