Arrival Story:
I adopted Laverne from the same breeder I adopted Stella and Hazel from. She's a retired show dog and the breeder wanted her to have a home instead of the kennel. She always calls me first (YAY!). It's kinda sad the way I got her, though.....but I do believe God put her in my life. Desi Ray had just passed recently and I was talking to the breeder about it. I told her when she had another Cavalier needing a new home to let me know, but no rush of course. It wasn't 2 weeks later and she called. Laverne needed a new home and would I take her? Oh, boy, would I! She fit in from the very first day! We love our Laverne Marie!
Bio:
Laverne Marie has welped 2 litters in her lifetime. She is a ruby female that is very tiny...12-14 lbs. Her birthday is the same as Hazel Louise's and the same day as Desi Ray's passing.
