I loves to be t he center of attention! Everyone should mush on me all the time. I'm always the ring leader with my doggie friends and I love to go on adventures, chase cows, and rough house.
I HATE air being blown on my face. I will headbutt you if you blow on my nose (it tickles!!) and fans are just weird.
My auntie Naomi gave me a giant cow hoof that is just sooo delicious. But it's almost all gone so I'll probably go back to my antler soon. All my other toys just fall apart :(
Cheese and eggs are my favorite noms (when mom gives them to me). She says I need to fatten up a bit.
I can swim underwater! I will jump waay out into the deep end and if you put my ball underwater I'll go all in, eyes wide open to try and get it. You can't hide my ball from me! Water is clear!
Luna is my roommates foster dog through the PSPCA ACCT based out of Philadelphia. She was basically selected for her by the shelter staff and it was love at first sight. Luna had been find wandering around a graveyard and it took a lot of work to get her out of her shell and begin trusting people. She would sit in her kennel and just stare listlessly at the wall. When we picked her up she was a lot happier with people, but was not housebroken, knew few commands, and was rather underweight. She has been with us for approximately a month and a half and has learned sit, down, wait, heel, leave it, and off. She has also become acclimated to a large cockatoo and several large snakes.
Can I has it? ..... Pleeease???
Luna is a very sweet dog and tolerates being mushed all over. However, she can be a bit mouthy (you pull her tail, she will chew on her tail, etc.), a bit jumpy (when playing), and LOVES to rough house. She will get as rough as you will let her and therefore needs a firm owner to tell her to settle (and mean it), preferably without small children. Luna thinks anything smaller than her (child, cat, or dog) is her toy and behaves accordingly. Puppies are wonderful with her because they don't freak out when she gets a little rough and she usually gentles up very quickly. We are working to break her of this with small children, but being in college, have yet to find access to a small child or cat who is calm enough to work with. With authoritative people, however, Luna is especially sweet, doting, and will play when asked and settle almost immediately (when asked). She's a dream dog to people who can understand her demeanor and is highly trainable. As previously mentioned, she went from charging the cockatoos cage to the cockatoo being able to sit on her back with a little training.
