He's a star at "sit-stay-come." We're working on "settle," "lie," "down," and a recall command.
Arrival Story:
We had been thinking about getting another pup for a while, but Abby is quite particular about her space, her likes, her dislikes, her toys, etc. We emailed Jasmine's House Rescue in Maryland with Abby's information, and they suggested that we go visit Ash at his foster home. It turns out that Ash is a friendly, mellow, happy-go-lucky pup who fit in with Abby's high-maintenance needs. A few weeks later we brought him to our house in a foster-to-adopt situation to be sure he fit in well with Abby on her territory, and everything has worked out extremely well!
