Arrival Story:
I was at my sisters house, puppy sitting Ninja, when she brought home this ten pound, fluffy, big ol' Pomeranian. She said he'd been given to her for free and she just couldn't turn him down. After spending just one minute with him, I knew why. She said that she'd only said yes because when she saw him, she thought of my mother. He didn't take to my sister at all at first but took to me instantly. She brought him to our house, to meet my mom and the other dogs and he fit in instantly. Sandy didn't care for him at first but eased up to him after a while. My mother couldn't resist him and neither could I. We both "clicked" with him from the get and he clicked with us, as well. We were not planning on another dog but we (maybe foolishly, only time will tell) couldn't turn him away. Be warned: Pomeranians are like potato chips. Sweeney and I ended up bonding stronger than he and my mother did. Sweeney is now my dog and I am his human. Sandy has, shockingly, accepted him very well and does not seem to mind sharing me at all. In the end, it was obvious that he was destined for me and vice versa.
