"Hey guys!! Ami here! I think my name is pretty awesome even though most people don't say it right. It's pronounced ""Ahmi"" not like ""Amy"". Foster mom named me after Ami James. She says he is on some TV shows (something about tattoos...maybe I need to get one!) and is a really good looking guy with a big heart, just like me! I've been with my foster mom since August. When I first got to her house I was unsure of things because I had been moved around a lot before Legacy. I had those nasty heart worms but they are gone now. Foster mom has 6 other dogs at her house and they showed me how much fun it is here! I get along with all of them we have fun playing all the time. I like all dogs, even if they are tiny or huge and LOVE to play. Foster mom calls me the official greeter for LBR because I've never met a stranger. For some reason foster mom won't let me chase those cats and says I can't have any in my forever home. I think she's just jealous she can't catch them like I can! Now that I'm talking about my forever home, let me tell you my wish list. I'd love to have a fur brother or sister to play with because I like to play with dogs of all ages. My best friend right now is 7. (You should totally check out his page too; his name is Bexar.) I think I'd be ok in an apartment as long as you took me on walks every day but I would love a huge yard to run around in. I don't live with any kids now but I've liked the ones I've met so far so they might be fun to have around. Other than that, I'm not picky. I just want a family to call my own for furever. If you think you might be the family I've been waiting for, tell your adoption counselor that you want to meet Ami! I can't wait to meet you!!! "
