Grooming

I had my first trip to the groomers today and I'm not sure if I liked it or not. I LOVED Lisa, the groomer...she's awesome and was giving me kisses and talking to me but then Mom and Dad left. Lisa even said how awesome it was that I was more into her than my humans. It took a whole 2 hours and when mom and dad came back, I couldn't get away from Lisa fast enough! I even was sportin' a bandanna!
It really tired me out and I spent the next couple hours sleeping...sure takes a lot out of a pup to get all handsome...but my humans are happy.

Still Adjusting

It'll be a week tomorrow since I joined my new family. I am still adjusting to the house and routine but am fitting in pretty well.
I have 2 other dogs to play with, Gypsy and Ziggy...they're black labs. I get a little nervous when they start playing with each other, they get a little wild, so I have to go cuddle with one of the humans. I play pretty rough with Ziggy myself...I try to attack him by flying off the couch onto him. He's a big boy at 87 pounds but he's not too rough with me.
I am not so sure about these cats...I want to get close to them but they don't seem to like me and hiss, which makes me bark. They run, I chase them.
I am a pretty lovable boy...all 7 pounds of me! I LOVE following Vanessa around, she's my favorite (but don't tell mom that!)
The humans are still working on potty training me. I don't have many accidents but sometimes just forget to tell them I have to go outside...after I go in the house, they take me outside right away! Silly...I know, I already went!
When I do go potty outside, boy you should hear mom! I really hope no neighbor dogs are listening...it's quite embarrasing!!! I get a treat though so I guess it's ok she makes such a big deal.
