Arrival Story:
Ruby is one of four five-week old APBT that we rescued. We found great homes for two and we kept Ruby and her sister , Rio. I was mortified when my husband suggested we take these pups. I only knew Pit Bulls by what I had read in the media and we already had two adult dogs, a cat, chickens and other birds. I was very aprehensive! It took about two minutes to fall head over heel in love with these dogs. I do believe that it takes a APBT educated person to handle these dogs, but the rewards are immeasurable. They are by far, the sweetest dogs I have ever had. And SMART!
