Arrival Story:
When my sister was in college she found a website with dogs that you can rescue and she saw mike and had to have him so she drove, i think out to Wisconsin to the shelter he was at, to get him. After she had him for a year she moved back home and he lived with the whole family.
Bio:
We got Mike from a shelter so we don't know a lot about him. We know he was found out on the streets in chicago and we think he may have been abused by his pervious owners because he is very bad with people, esspecially men and seems protective of woman. He is a very alert and nervous dog. When we first got him he was pretty thin you could see his spine a little and was pretty boney but he is very healthy now and you can no longer see his spine. Also when we first got Mike he either did not know how to play or did not trust us to play but now mike has many toys, plays all the time, runs around the house after going potty, goes on long walks and even bike rides, and is loved very much by his family. =)
