Favorite Food: Anything edible! Favorite Walk: Anywhere! Best Tricks: Pffft, I was rescued from the brink of death so tricks are not necessary. Arrival Story: The folks that rescued Georgia also rescued Kodi. They tapped me on the shoulder to give Georgia a new home. Bio: As told by Georgia's foster family: We saw Georgia posted on Facebook. She was in the animal shelter (where she was listed as a male, probably because of her deep bark) in Rome GA. The story we were told was that she had been abandoned in a back yard with no food etc. She was nothing but skin and bones. Her time was up and was to be PTS on Sept. 1, 2010. With assistance with some rescuers in the Atlanta area we got her pulled on August 31 and transported to a vet in Rome where she stayed for about two and a half weeks for treatment of a couple medical issues. Fortunately she is a relatively healthy (and surprisingly she is heartworm free) bi-eyed girl in spite of the neglect she has suffered. She arrived here in Hertford on Sept, 18, 2010. All reports that we had was that she was a sweet and very loving little girl. Those reports were absolutely true and she fit right in with our pack immediately.
