Arrival Story:
Dad was given the pick of the litter by his dialysis nurse. Dee Dee was his and Mom's pick. She was Dad's shadow - she is so smart that even as a new pup she realized that Dad was sick and she stuck to him like glue. Me and my husband also fell in love with her at first site so when Dad had to have a leg amputation she came to live with us (only a few blocks away). She is absolutely the most special little girl and the love of our lives!
