Arrival Story:
We had lost our boy boxer, George, and wasn't really ready to get another dog as we still had Shadoe (unfortunately not for long due to cancer). I had signed up for adoptapet.com (a pet finder type service) and was notified about Allie aka Cricket. We went to Clackamas Animal Shelter but she had been transferred to Oregon Humane Society. Another gentleman was looking at her but stepped aside if we wanted her. But first we had to test her with our Shadoe. Allie aka Cricket, was suppose to have other dog issues. Shadoe was very ill but we took her into a pen with Cricket. Cricket was so caring with Shadoe - like she knew she was sick. So we decided to bring her home. Cricket was so respectful and caring of Shadoe for the next few weeks it was amazing.
