Arrival Story:
Baxter was bought as a puppy from a lady who said she acquired him after a breeder friend of her's died. We don't know how much of the story she told my mom was true, but he was in such deplorable condition, she couldn't leave him there.

Bio:
Baxter has Epilepsy which has resulted in a little brain damage. He's also incontinent but this doesn't stop him. He loves being loved on and playing and going for walks.
