Arrival Story:
An old coworker of mine was shocked when her brother, who was on his way to Kuwait, dropped a dog off at her front door. I spent the next month listening to her complain about this "unruly beast" that had taken over her house. One day she brought him into the office after he had been bathed at Petsmart. I was instantly in love. She absolutely hated him. At that point in time I was living in a tiny apartment that required a huge pet deposit but I decided to go with my heart and my gut and get this remarkable dog out of a horrible situation. One week after meeting him he was mine. My coworker was relieved to get rid of him, I got an amazing dog, and he got a pretty nice life. :)
