Arrival Story:
After Randi passed away so suddenly in Febuary we were sure we wanted another Aussie. We did not want to wait too long because Margo is 11 and we wanted her to be able to handle a new puppy. The rub was we DID NOT want to try and replace Bug because she was our heart and soul dog. There will never be another Randi--so we wanted to wait for awhile.
Awhile turned into 3 weeks--- we were missing Randi terribly and the house seemed to be too quiet-- missing a heartbeat.
When I found a breeder close to home I went to "look" at the puppies and of course fell in love with Casey.
She is totally different from Randi--a very busy puppy and into everything. It has been a different experience and I can not wait to see how her personality develops as she grows up!!!
Bio:
Casey is a very mouthy puppy hence the nickname Sharkey--- She is getting better and once those razor baby canines fall out we may have to drop the shark nickname. Now that Casey has grown up a bit she is no longer so Sharkey--she only mouths you when she is REALLY happy to see you!! Her thing now is to bend in half and try to knock you over with her butt, which is always going a million miles a minute!! Wiggles really is her new nickname!! BOL

I turned 2 today!! Dad says now I am a teenager--what the woof is that!?! I got to hang out with Margo and Dad today and tomorrow I am going to the dog park!! I am having a pawsome weekend!!

Mom says I am now a dog--not a puppy anymore!!! I think I will go chew her slipper and think about that:)
I went to daycare today and played with Axel--mom thought he sounded big but he is a GSD puppy---he wore me out!!
I got lots of love tonight and two new soft chewie treats--which I shared with Margo. I had a pretty great day!!!

Today was my second day at DDC. Mom thinks I need to have a little play time cause Margo gets grumpy with me so I started day care last week.
I am doing ok but I like the peeps better than the pups! I think I just need to adjust and get comfortable then I can play!!
I am a very cautious pup so new situations must be investigated throughly! :0
