Arrival Story:
Happy is a gorgeous little dog who was purchased at a pet store on a whim. Sigh. He was much more energetic than his family realized and they simply couldn't give him what he needed. When the second child came along they decided to give him up to rescue.

Bio:
Happy is great with other dogs, loving to run along with them as they fetch balls and frisbees. He's housebroken and crate trained. He is a little one at just about 7 lbs. Because of his size, we are looking for a forever home with no children under 10 years old. Happy is being fostered privately by an experienced rescue volunteer. He is being fostered in Langhorne, PA.
