I first came to my family on May 23, 2011, the same day as my kids birthday. I wasn't a birthday present, I was a stray in the animal shelter that my mom had picked up 3 days before. I was going to be put down and they let my mom know and she said "Let me go pick him".

My name is Rookie. I'm a big trouble maker but I'm also a sweetheart! Even ask my owners! I'm a laborador mixed with a german shepard dog. I first came to my family on May 23, 2011, the same day as my kids birthday. I wasn't a birthday present, I was a stray in the animal shelter that my mom had picked up 3 days before. I was going to be put down and they let my mom know and she said "Let me go pick him". Thats how I got in my awesome family :)
