Bio:
The Chiweenie is in the house! Toby is an owner-surrender and was saved from a Kentucky shelter and brought to New Jersey on a rescue transport. He likes to sleep late and loves to burrow under your bedcovers for a cozy night’s snooze. Toby loves attention and eagerly wags his tail at even the slightest glance. He is not overbearing, as long as he gets occasional lap time and cuddle time. Toby is housebroken, likes to go on active walks and immediately settles down once inside. It is obvious that he is a smart boy who likes to please and learns quickly. Toby is very affectionate and loves to snuggle … and in case you forget, he knows he can instantly charm you by tucking his head underneath your hand and rolling over for a belly-rub. Toby does not show any aggressions and has not chewed on anything. He is rather submissive but stands his ground if he needs to for his size. Toby loves being outside in any kind of weather, and his short coat with minimal/no shedding is ideal for keeping things clean when indoors too. He has no separation problems, is good in a crate and on car rides. Overall, Toby is an easy and sweet dog and a pleasure to have around. Toby is neutered and current on all vaccinations and preventatives.
