Arrival Story:
Well, I was sorta looking for a rottweiler and I had been looking for about a month until I came upon him. I saw him sitting in his kennel looking depressed and sad. I fell for him right away. Even though he tried biting me. I asked the shelter about him and they said his owner didnt have him licensed and they said he had to pay a fine and get him licensed or they would take him away. Therefore, the owner had to give him up because he didnt have the money to pay. They also said he had a history of aggression and if he wasnt adopted out he would be euthanized in a couple of days. So thats when I couldnt let it happen he deserved a second chance.

My mom and I found out that I had cancer yesterday. It was awful. It spread from my stomach to my chest and kidneys. The veterinarian said there was no way I'd be able to fight it off. She offered chemotherapy but she said it wouldn't make much of a difference and that I should just be put down. My mommy began to cry and she held me. She says that I'm going to be put down tomorrow but that I will never leave her heart.

Yesterday, my mom took me to the vet at 9:00pm. She was worried because I was getting these things in my eyes and i was acting really weak. She couldn't put it off any longer and took me. The vet took me with him for 3 hours. At midnight, they told mommy that I needed to have surgery done in my eyes. Mom was really upset and so worried. They gave me eye drops that i have to use twice daily! I hope everything turns out fine!

Dear Diary,
Mommy told me that tomorrow we were going hiking! I'm real excited and anxious to see what we do and stuff. I hope it turns out great. But mommy said I had to be well behaved because there was gonna be other dog's there as well. I told her I'll try. I can't wait to see the view and the smell and everything! Well I'm off to....
