Nicknames: Austin Boxer Rescue Arrival Story: Liberty is very sweet and loving. She has a funny little smile that she gives you when you pet her. She will sometimes join her foster siblings in play but usually stays out of the fray. She should be crated during the day and she can be a bit of a chewer if things are left out for her at night. She is getting better on the leash and does very well with other dogs. She will need a home with a high fence because she can jump when she wants to, however, that doesn't happen often and usually she is jumping at the door because she wants to come in and give you a boxer wiggle. She loves to go for car rides. She is heartworm positive. Bio: UPDATE
Liberty is one of the sweetest girls her foster mom has ever known. She is loyal to her human and will sleep next to her foster mom wherever they are. If her foster mom is having a bad day, she makes sure to sleep with her head on mom’s shoulder so her mom knows that no matter what, Liberty loves her. She has a funny little smile that she gives you when you pet her. She gets along well with all 5 of her foster siblings. She will sometimes join her foster siblings in play but usually stays out of the fray. She is fully housebroken and doesn’t always need to be crated during the day as long as she is comfortable in her environment. She is good on her leash but sometimes nervous about the loud noises the cars make when they drive by. When she first came to her foster home, she would jump really high at the door so her foster mom knew she wanted to come inside. Because of this ability, it would be best if she went to a home with a high fence.
She loves to go for car rides. Liberty has great manners and never begs for human food or her dinner. Liberty would be best in a home with just adults or adults and older children. She is heartworm positive.
