This morning when mommy got up she turned the TV on my favorite channel, ANIMAL PLANET!! I love seeing all the animals, especially the wild ones. Sometimes I like to pretend I'm a lion in Africa hunting a gazelle. Other times I pretend I'm Cheetah running around my territory as fast as I can! Wild Animals is my favorite game to play with mommy. She just doesn't know we are playing.

Yesterday, I got to go to the puppy park again! I haven't been in a while because I had my surgery. Mommy called it getting spayed. All I know is it hurt for a few days and she wouldn't let me roam and run around the apartment. Mom said I was finally ready to hit up the park again. So fun! I really love that place. It is so fun to see all the other dogs. Sometimes, I wish she'd let me in with the big boys. I know I can take em on!

I always have the humans laughing with my antics. Like this past time there was a Jack Russell mix that was running really fast around the park. I convinced him to chase me and left him in my dust. Everyone started laughing saying that he couldn't keep up with me. I had to keep circling back to him! I also got to play with puppy younger than me, but he was almost twice as big!! Mommy says I have no fear! She also calls me a 'pistol', whatever that means. I know it must be a good thing if I'm it!

There was one lady who came to watch the small dogs. She said she had a dog at home that was shy and sad. She wanted to check out other breeds to get him a buddy. She said she used to have a min pin. I'm not too sure though... she said that she was a couch potato... any one who knows us knows that we are active!! Also, she said that we are a small doberman. She said we were breed down to be a smaller one and we still have that doberman attitude. BOY WAS SHE WRONG. Mommy didn't correct her though, mommy just smiled and nodded. I on the other hand voiced my opinion very loudly!! I spent over an hour there and still wasn't tired when I got home. I really hope we go back today!!

OP!! I hear my breakfast... gotta go!

Hi! My name is Quinni. I'm a 6 month old Miniature Pinscher. I currently live in Florida with my Mom. I love Florida. Lots of sunshine! I was born in a place called Maine, where it was very, very cold and wet. Lots of white stuff on the ground which I did not like.

My mom tells me she has been wanting a dog for a very long time and I'm it! We met on Christmas Eve morning when My G'ma and G'pa went to my old home and picked me up! They brought me around the corner of their home in Maine and gave me to my mommy! She was so surprised she just sat there not knowing what to do. I'm so glad they found me and brought me to her! I couldn't imagine life without mommy! I follow her everywhere and get nervous when she leaves the room. She says that we need to work on that one, but it is only because I want to make sure she is safe. I love her too much!!

I had my ears done, that didn't hurt too bad but I did NOT like the things they had taped to my ears. I never got my tail done and mommy says I never will. She likes it. Although, sometimes people think I'm a Chihuahua. I don't know why I'm bigger than they are!! A lot of people think I'm a miniature doberman... I try and tell em that there isn't such a thing! I was around before the dobie, but they just look at me as if they can't understand what I'm saying.

Mommy says I'm still a puppy even though I think I'm a big kid!! I love to play with my toys and show em who is boss!! I just started loosing my baby teeth which hurts a little so I like to chew on everything I can get my paws on... including mommy's hands. I'm also still working on potty-training. I ring a bell when I need to go outside although sometimes I just run around the corner and go on the floor. Mom says I need to stop that.

When I get outside I'm usually ALWAYS on my leashie. Mom says as a Min Pin I am known to run away real fast. I only get off leash at the dog park. I love the doggie park!! I get to play with other dogs, but I'm a little rough some times. Mom says I need to learn to play with others better.

Mom says she has her work cut out for her, but she loves me and wants me to be the best doggie I can be! I'm trying really hard!! So I thought it would be a good idea to get ideas from other Min Pins like myself on how to be the best Min Pin possible!!
