Arrival Story:
We brought Sadie here on Feb 9, the day we went to get Bruno from the vet, to bury him on our land. . . Sadie was left pretty much on her own at a barn just down the road from a friend. This friend with the help of a rescue had doctored Sadie early winter when she had been shot with an arrow. She had a rough winter. Well it was my first time seeing Sadie other than pictures, and I could not look past the empty look in her eyes. I called Daddy at home , he too agreed, Bruno had lead us to the aid of Sadie... the rest is history. Sadie is here on the porch with BJ and she is happy.
Bio:
Sadie is soon to be 9 yrs old. She is spayed and craving attention. Her owner stated that if he didnt find her a home he would shoot her. He had moved to the city and left Sadie there, coming back some weekends, feeding her scraps. My friend left dry food for her, but now she prefers scraps.
