Should I run for office?

Here we go again, round and round, loopty loop, gettin dizzzzzzzy...I'm a DDP for the 5th time in 2 weeks! I'm must be one awesome dog for dogster to love me so much to keep honoring me. So what's next for me then? Governor of Indiana? Supreme Court Justice? I suppose I should look into this while my popularity is so high.

I should report that pest has stopped peein on my bed. Here's what I think about why...cause mommy's lettin him take snoozes on my bed. What?! She figures if it's ok for him to lay on Destiny's bed or my bed, then he probably won't pee on it. Ok, so she was right. And I don't necessarily mind, too much. At night before he goes in his crate when Destiny and I are all snuggled in our beds, he comes over and likes to nuzzle with us and fall to sleep, well, mainly me. It's ok for him to lay next to me but if he's layin on my bed first, I won't lay next to him. But we've started playin a little and I'm comin to like him, but he's still a pest.

You HAVE to be kiddin me

What? Now it's gettin just a wee bit old. That's right, the 4th time in 1 week I'm a DDP. I'm gettin super dizzy cause that's the longest loop I've ever been in. Am I that cool of a dog and that interestin of a dog that I keep gettin picked? Ok, so maybe I am, but come on, spread the wealth and give the crown to some other deserving pups.

Pest update - no piddle on my bed yesterday but BOL BOL, he piddled on Destiny's bed this mornin! Although it was right on the corner right next to my bed so my guess is he actually meant to pee on mine.

He's tiring mommy out. Mommy wanted to rescue a little bit older dog (which I would have liked better) but the rest of the family wanted a puppy. Hhmm, you all know how the rest of the story goes...it's mommy doin all the work.

That's just weird

Don't you think it's weird I've gotten a DDP 3 times this week? It's hard to complain when you get such a special honor, but I do think dogster should spread it around a bit cause it's a little embarassing to be in the spotlight so much cause I'm not used to it being a country girl!

Ok pal, my bed hasn't gotten pee'd on by the pest since mommy washed my cover and put it back on my bed last night. I'm tryin to get used to pest but it's hard cause he's annoying.

4 times the little pest has pee'd on my bed. He's only been here 2 days and he's done it 4 times. Titan's not a good name for him, Pest is better.

My secret mission...

Ok, ok, you’ve all been given me a hard time about my secret and now it’s time to let you in on the mission. For some odd reason, I still can’t figure out why but it wasn’t up to me, the pawrents wanted another dobie. You know, we’re lookin at movin and gettin a bigger yard so they wanted to get a dog from a shelter. Why mommy, why? I’m enough aren’t I, and Destiny too? Humpf, guess not. So, mommy found some young dude at a rescue she’s given some donations to in Michigan, Refurbished Pets of Southern Michigan. Why a puppy mommy? Won’t he be a pest? Couldn’t we get an older rescue? Aw nuts, looks like we’re stuck with him. Mommy says he’s got a great personality…not too overly excited but not shy. Yea yea, he’s kinda cute, but he’ll never be mommy’s sweetest dog…that’s my role!

If you wanna be pals with him, his name is Titan. I think Destiny already told everyone that means a race of powerful deities. He needs a big name cause he’s gonna be a big dude. I need to go catch some shut eye cause the pest is in his crate for awhile so now’s my chance to get some peace. Peace, ah, a word I may never know the meaning of anymore….

What, me again?

Well, thank you dogster for the honor but I can't believe I'm a DDP again in just 2 days! Not that I'm complaining mind you, cause Destiny has to be nice to me on these days, but isn't there another pup that hasn't had the honor yet? Oh, nonsense, I'm glad it's me!

Gotta run now pals. Thanks for the notes and gifts and I'll be sure to look at them later but I have a little secret to attend to so I won't be online today. I'll catch up to you all later with maybe some news.

So much happening, and, I'm special!

Everyone knows I'm one special sweet girl, at least that's what mommy tells me. But today I have proof cause I'm a diary pick. Woo hoo! And Cooper and his family were already up bright and early and made me a cool lookin picture frame to tell the world I'm a DDP. Cool, huh?

Then you all know there's so much happenin here and we're still hopin everything goes through with our new house and the pawrents are getting fence quotes so we can run wild and free in the new backyard. And, I'm gettin another acupuncture treatment tonight from my trusted holy vet.

But I bet you don't know about the other news. I'm not sure I can spill the beans yet. I'll give you a little hint. It has somethin to do with a rescue but mums the word for now. Maybe later this week I'll be allowed to blab.

I have to go now cause mommys gettin out the throne so I can perch myself on it today since I'm a celebrity. NO, not really!!

The day after the acupuncture

It's still early so mommy's not sure what to think yet. My spirits are up from yesterday which is wonderful. I'm not falling down like I was yesterday which is great. But I'm still a little off balance. That acupuncture is good stuff. It did a little somethin cause I was pretty bad off yesterday. I'm not as perky and quick today as I usually am after a treatment, but yesterday was the worse day I've had. My pal Anya is keepin me busy this morning cause she sent me flowers to sniff (I LOVE sniffin and nosin stuff) and a butterfly, a bug and a bird to chase. I can't chase em right now. Well, maybe the bug cause they're slow!

Thanks again pals for all your well wishes. Today's Destiny's birthday so I need to wish my sissy a happy birthday. I wish I could run around and play with her today. But I heard mommy's gonna take her for ice cream so I think that'll make her day for sure.

Yyaawwnn, time to get back to my nap. A girl needs her beauty sleep you know.

My holy vet's a little concerned

My holy vet just left and I overheard her tellin mommy she's a little concerned at my reactions tonight. I didn't lay my head down, I was tense, looked like I was nervous and not enjoying the treatment, didn't get sleepy. So I'm probably gonna need another treatment in a week and instead of just takin my cervical herb, she's gonna bring me some body sore herbs tomorrow. I took that one initially and didn't need it anymore but looks like I do now. I've been real restless today and she's hoping I"ll get some sleep after my treatment. Mommy's real worried and scared when I look at her. I kissed her nose and tried to let her know I'll be ok but she still looks sad.

Havin a little trouble walkin

Over the last few days, I've been slowin down a little, like I do when I'm needin my holy vet to come over and give me a treatment. But today, mommy's worried cause my hind end is really havin trouble. I can't even step up onto my bed without my leg givin out. Even though mommy keeps tellin me to lay down and rest, I have to get up to see what she's doin. My holy vet is comin over in 2 hours and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be happy to see her. Mommy finally sat down so I think I'm gonna nap until she gets here with her needles.
