With love and tenderness she is coming around getting used to her new life outside of the cage. Shelly has distinctive large eyes which draws you to give her all the loving you have. She is a funny and happy girl hopping around trying to make contacts with the other dogs, and she likes to carefully paw them for any play. Shelly didn't know about a leash in the beginning, so her foster home discovered that she will follow you around outside if you don't use a leash. Shelly runs laps around the kitchen island when it comes to feeding time. She is a small girl and should weigh around 7 lbs, but she is losing a couple of pounds already. Shelly has been groomed real short for her new start and is fully vetted. She is a real sweetheart to be discovered -- do you think you can be the one for her?
We find beauty in the most incomprehensible places and the otherwise homely faces. It is our gift to see beyond the dirt, terror, sadness and defeat and find the true soul that lies within. We are Rescue.
11,000,000 dogs and cats are euthanized every year.
They are healthy, young and adoptable pets whose only fault is that they don't have a home. PLEASE don't breed or buy while pets in shelters die.
