Charlie was adopted from the dog adoption event held at the local Petsmart every Sunday. He was so cute with his big sad brown eyes!

Bio:
We adopted Charlie in November of 2009, and I haven't heard him bark once! I know he can because he'll whine and make a tiny yip very rarely, but not one bark!
