Arrival Story:
A colleague's daughter found Ranger in her neighborhood. She told her daughter they couldn't keep her and so put out an S.O.S. to the city. I took her up on the offer and went to get him. Her daughter wanted to keep him and cried when I came to get him! It was heart wrenching!
