Arrival Story:
Ryder is what is called pattern white, meaning he has far too much white in his fur. I recently found out that his breeder, is breeding merle to merle litters which is very upsetting. The genetic probability of these litters is that 25% will come out defective whites, meaning they will have hearing and/or vision impairment (even complete loss of both or even no eyes at all). It is completely irresponsible and these puppies are either culled at birth or pawned off on rescue organizations.
