Pet-Peeves: MEN, children, loud noises, being away from home, going to stores, people walking up to her, unknown people looking/touching/talking to her
Favorite Toy: Her purple ball and her (now destuffed) football dog stuffy
Favorite Food: Cheese and sweet potatoes
Favorite Walk: She looooves the dog park
Best Tricks: At the moment, we are perfecting her sit. She is very agile and can clear the couch from back to front without touching it.
Arrival Story: Gretchen was adopted by someone in October of 2010, but that person gave her up because she "didn't have time for her." This is the lowest-maintenance terrier I have ever encountered in my life, so I have little respect for this first adopter! Gretchen was then given to a family who was told she was "timid." What an understatement! Gretchen is terrified of both children and men, and the family had three small children. I adopted her from this nice family, and she's been with me ever since November 5th, her Gotcha Day.
