Arrival Story:
We had been looking to get another husky for awhile, but things just never seemed to fall into place. I had contacted a few people, but it always seemed someone got there before I did. One day, I was corresponding with a lady and she told me her sister needed to get rid of their puppy immediately. I talked to hubby...but he said it wasn't the right time. My niece and I pressured him for days until he finally broke down and said ok. 'She is going to be YOUR dog and YOUR responsibility' he said. My niece and I made the travel pretty late in the day and met Aly's guardian at Petsmart. When we walked in the door...we heard this LOUD screaming, looked over and it was a siberian puppy. Yup...that loud little thing was our puppy! lol Of all the huskies we have owned, NONE have been vocal, so this was a whole new world for us. We drove home, opened the front door, and Aly raced inside and ran and plopped right on hubby's lap. She had him at hello. :) Aly (the name she came with and already knew)is extremely smart (as I think all siberian huskies are.) We are very happy with her and feel that she was meant to be ours. She is an amazing puppy who I am sure will grow up to be an amazing dog!
