I love DIGGING! I love to wrestle with my little brother Ferris. I love my morning walks but live for the late afternoon trip to the dog park to see my best pals.

I don't care to much for the rain,and hate getting my nails trimmed. oh, and dogs that bully me.

Favorite Toy:
Sasha loves nylabones, and she loves to bury them in the yard. She also loves waiting for squirrels to enter the yard so she can bark and chase! And don't forget any stuffed animal like toy that she can pull the stuffing out of.

Favorite Food:
Sasha loves treats, greenies, and goes wild for frozen peanut butter filled kongs.

Favorite Walk:
We take the same walk around our neighborhood every morning. She anticipates every dog-in-yard and knows which houses have cats.

Best Tricks:
She is an expert at hand shakes, and knows her right foot from her left.

Arrival Story:
I had been searching the dog pound web sites in my area when her picture popped up. She was 5 1/2 months old, and 35 lbs and too cute for words. We drove an hour away to see her and she melted in our laps when we pulled her out of the run. We hit the jackpot with sasha and love her so much.

Bio:
Sasha has been a great first dog. When she was just over a year, we added another puppy, Ferris, to our home, and since then have learned a lot about Sasha. She really is not the stereo-typical dog. Although she is treat motivated, no matter how much I jump around or try to make training fun, she will eventually ignore my requests. Her original name was princess, and I guess we should have kept it, because she is spoiled and arrogant and only does what she wants, when she wants. It took her until she was about 8 months old to jump in the back of my car. You should see little me trying to lift a (then 60lb) large breed into the back. Even now (85 lbs.) I sometimes have to lift the front half of her in, then follow through with the back half. But sasha is our love. She's so silky soft and always ready to receive a tummy rub.
