Mommy wants to keep track of our food for a month with a pictorial. Today, 11/29/12, we had six ounces of pasture-raised pork and 2 ounces of grass-fed beef pancreas. Yummy!

Today mommy gave us a free-range chicken head, 2 ounces of liver from that chicken, and 2 ounces of ground whole free-range duck.
