Arrival Story:
He was rescued from P.A.W.S. in Kyle, TX. He was completely matted and had to be shaven.

Bio:
Jacques was loved dearly by his mom. He went everywhere with her, was dressed up, slept in bed with her. Jacques died tragically when he escaped from the back yard on a bathroom break and was struck in the head by a car. No one stopped to let us know. He will be missed greatly and was an awsome dog.
