Bio: "Julep’s a new girl as of January 2011. At only 45lbs, this little pocket boxer is loves everybody and everybody seems to love her too. She used to live with a smallish (20-25lb) dog that she loved to play with. She wants to play with my Chi’s but, they’re too small to be comfortable w/her boxer “paw on the back” move. . . . so when they remind her, she goes on about her business with no problems.
Although I don’t have a cat, even though THEY hissed at HER, she was totally uninterested in the crate full of kittens in the vet’s waiting room. That said, and taking her positive energy into account, I’m fairly confident she’ll be fine with cats (that are fine with dogs).
She perfectly house & crate trained. Stays in the crate while I’m at work during the day but has free run of the house at night. She will sleep on the floor beside the bed but prefers to be IN the bed (with the rest of the pack) and is an A#1 cuddler.
She’s already spayed but in the process of being scheduled for heartworm treatment. I’ll add more info as I get to know her.
