I absolutely love going on walks. I have to say, that is my favorite thing in the whole world. I just anxiously wait for them to put their shoes and coat on because that ALWAYS means I'm WALKING!!!!! (in his mind)

Pet-Peeves:
Ughh my pet peeves are other dogs walking in front of my house. I really don't like it one bit and I let them know it by barking and barking until they walk by. Especially small fluffy dogs. What are those things?

Favorite Toy:
I have to say my favorite toy is my fleece tug toy and any empty plastic soda bottle available. I like to swing my tug toy in the air and beat myself in the face with it. I know I look stupid...but I don't care. I just love it.

Favorite Food:
Ok my absolute favorite food is butter... ok, I know that sounds sick...but when I get a chance to counter surf...that is what I'm looking for. Mom ususally puts a stop to that. But gosh I would eat butter all day.

Favorite Walk:
Take me ANYWHERE to walk. I'll love it.

Best Tricks:
I'm not too big on tricks. It took me long enough to learn the word "no" let alone a whole trick. Ugh.

Arrival Story:
Ok so, I was adopted in 2009 by the best mom ever. I could tell she loved me right away. I lived in 2 foster homes while waiting to be adopted from the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League. My mom told me that after she had lost her first dog Marlee, she started looking at all the great danes available on magdrl.org and my cute self caught her eye. My mom said she watched my status and read my story over and over for months after she lost her Miss Marlee. She says it helped her get through her loss. At that time she just wasn't ready for a new dog. Then the time came when she was ready and luck has it... I was still available. I lived in a few foster homes and before that I had a bit of a bumpy start but now I'm doing just fine. I have completely taken over my new digs. Mom knows that she has to share the couch with me now so we're all good. I'm happy to be in my forever home and I let them know it everyday.

Forums Motto:
Mr. Attention Hog

One funny little trait of mine is I love clean smells such as shampoo, end dust, lotion, I love to rub my face and neck all over the good smells. It sucks though when I bang my head on the wooden computer desk because mom just dusted. What can I say? I'm just a sucker for good smells:)
