"Well hey there, my name is Shortstop. Nice to meet ya! I'm a teeny tiny pocket boxer, but don't let my size fool you, I can snuggle like the best of them! My foster mom tells me that I've got the cutest little face and that she loves my black ears, but that's no surprise, everyone loves how small and handsome I am. :) There are other dogs here and I'm okay with them as long as they don't get too rowdy around me, but I'm still settling in so I may feel better about them in a couple of days. I really like the little Boston Terrier girl, her name is Willow. She likes to give me soft kisses and cuddle, but doesn't bug me too much or try too hard to get me to play. The Boxer boy that's here I can get along with as long as we are just laying around together, but when he tries to play with me I get anxious and can be cranky. I'd probably like it best if I was the only dog in the house, I like to be the boss and get all the attention. There is a toddler here and I LOVE him, we like to snuggle on the couch together and ride around in the car eating cookies. My foster dad takes me on walks and I'm perfect on the leash, I don't pull at all when I see kids, other dogs, joggers, or squirrels. I also don't jump up when you come home, I just give a little wiggle and then curl up with you on the couch, cuddling is my game! I've only been at my foster home a few days, but so far I've been a very polite and quiet boy who gives nice soft kisses. I'm very mellow and am not very active, I would be a great apartment dog! I don't need a ton of exercise either like a lot of my Boxer cousins, just a trip outside to go potty every once in a while and a walk or two a day and I'm good to go. Almost sounds too good to be true, huh? :) Let my foster mom know if you'd like me to come over for a visit, I will be available for adoption on 1/8/10. I hope to meet you soon! Love, Shortstop."
