Gotcha Date: December 26th 2010 Likes: To be around people who give her belly rubs, and going out on walks with the family Pet-Peeves: Her Brofur sometimes, and being left alone of course! Favorite Toy: Tennis balls (preferably the squeaky ones), headless orange chicken, and toys that give treats (like kongs!) Favorite Food: Anything really. She absolutely loves the jerky treats we just got her! Favorite Walk: Anywhere she can be with us, and her brofur Best Tricks: Sit, down, shake, come, quiet, stay, gimme paw, head down, speak Arrival Story: Daisy was abused when she was a puppy. I've realized this because whenever I would scold her with a simple "no" command, she would instantly drop and lay on her side, ready for someone to hit her. She was found a stray and we brought her into our house. We tried to look
for her owners, but came up empty handed. It was a small decision,
and we definitely wanted to keep her. Finally, we adopted her, and
she's been part of the family ever since. :)
Chuppy and Daisy are my two best friends, and the most amazing dogs I could ever ask for. They really do enjoy each other's presence. It's
so nice to see them fetch together, and play tug-o-war with the toys! Daisy has gone such a long way from when we first got her. She used to snap at Chuppy, and always avoid being around him. NOW, she adores him! I am definitely proud of her and how far she has come. She trusts all of us, and isn't a bit scared to come up to a stranger to come up to a stranger and instantly wag her tail, sniffing his hand. Bio: I never imagined I would have two dogs. I thought it was difficult to equally give them love. However, I was wrong. Chuppy and Daisy are always by my side, and make me laugh. I can't believe I've been with Mom for one year now!! That is just soo amazing to me. Mom is so happy that I am happy. :)
Today, Mom made me a birthday cake filled with bananas, raspberries, and peanut butter. The outside had mini milkbones too! It was sooo yummy! Then tomorrow, I'm going to have soo much fun at the park! Chuppy was able to get some of the cake too and is also going to the park with me!! :)
Thank you for all the gifts too, everyfur! I can't believe I'm 2 as well! WOW!!
Well, I guess this is the right time to mention another update.
Daisy is doing so well with Chuppy and the entire family. She has become quite the comedian, just like Chupman. She loves to fetch too! Chuppy and Daisy would run for the ball and try to get the ball before the other one does. They really have become the best of friends.
Also, Daisy is enrolling in socialization classes. She's a rough houser for little dogs, but she loves playing with the big dogs! Also, she barks when strangers come but she doesn't mind them a bit!
