Best Tricks: Sit,gives kisses,gets her chew toy when told Arrival Story: I Lost my precious angel Tashi about 3 months ago and was devastated.She was a Pomeranian, someone stole her. So right around two weeks before my birthday I decided it was time to get another baby girl, so started looking around and found this tiny, beautiful shih tzu and fell in love.She will only be 4 lbs full grown and I have always wanted to have a tiny baby that I could take everywhere with me and now I have her.I absolutley adore her. She has definetly filled a big void in my heart. See my husband works in the Gulf of Mexico and is gone for 30 days at a time so I have alot of alone time. My husband was the second ship on the seen when the oil rig exploded in the Gulf a couple of months ago. Bio: Zha Zha was the last pick of the litter,she was the only one left. That's why I know we were destin to be together! I seen pictures of her fursiblings and she was the most beautiful one! Love at first site. They said she was the skidish one Uh! were they wrong! Yesterday I went to the Vet for my last round of shots. The vet sais I have a cherry eye, my mommy was scared she thought it was a stye. But the Vet sais this sometimes happens to Shih Tzu's because of there bulging eyes,I didn't know it but Shih Tzu's have 3 eye lids and sometimes what happens is one of the other two try to grow out, but he sais it is nothiing to worry about. Worse case scenario is that they might have to do Surgery on that eye to tuck the eyelid back into place, but thats only if it gets bigger and starts to irritate Zha Zha. Other than that I'm in great health, NOW! My mommy is very glad.After the vet we went to Pet Smart and mommy bought me a new shirt and a very cute little hat, and a treat cause I was so good at da vet. Me wuvz me mommy!
Today I got up to go see my baby Zha Zha.WhenI got there they said she could go home today......Thank you Lord!!!!!! But it wasn't going to be till the evening before she could go. I wasn't to happy about that,but at least she does get to come home. So from here it's just a waiting game!...............................
Well it's time to go get my Baby,they just called and said by the time I got there she would be ready to go home. So I went to go get her and I could tell she was so happy to get out of there..
..........So we get home,and the first thing she did was go over to her bed,got up in it and went to sleep.....They sent some medicine home with me, she has to take it for 5 more days.....And it was a bear getting her to take it,I don't know how the vets do it ,they make it look so easy, but it's not that easy when I go to do it at all,but I managed to do it. Zha Zha is feeling soooo much better she woke up from her long nap,rarin to go,you would have never thought that just 2 days ealier she was knocking on deaths door.
Well today is the second day Zha Zha has been in the hospital.I only got one hour of sleep last night, or this morning I should say ,cause I didn't fall asleep until 5:00am and only slept till 6:00am.......Got up ,got dressed,and went to see my little Pooky Bear........When I got there as soon as she seen me come around the corner,she headed straight for the front of the cage!Her little tail was waggin and she was givin me kisses on my fingers, I could tell she was so happy to see me. But unfortunetly there was no change in her progress, and I didn't know if that was a good thing or bad. I guess it was O.K cause she was still alive! Thank You Jesus!!!!!....................Later on during the day they had called me and said she was doing a little better.........
...I had went there and stayed with her four times today.Once in the morning and once in the afternoon,then they call me and told me she took a turn for the worst. Then I went straight back up there and stayed with her for as long as they would let me,which was for an hour and a half. Then I get back home and about two hours later they called me and said she had done a miracluas turn around, she had started eating and drinking water. So needless to say I was so relieved. So I drove back to the hospital and she was doing better!So I stayed with her for about 45 minutes, then I had to tell her good night for the last time for the day.But before I left they said if she keeps improving the way she is that she might be able to come home tomorrow.Yeeaahh!!!!!!
