Well, this is my first time to tell you all about me and my adventures....I've lived with mom, an elderly (but happy and healthy) miniature dachshund and several cats, for two years now.....I was fostered by my mama from the dalmation rescue group and we became very attached to one another, so I am lucky to be here permanently now. Mama says she is lucky, too! Anyway, I've been a bit bummed out the past few days....My pug buddy, Rashomon, who had been staying here with his two cat brothers for the past several months till his new home was ready, moved this past weekend. We had such fun playing tug, romping around the yard together and competing for treats! (See our picture?!) I really miss him, but he promises to come back to visit me really soon. In the meantime, I'm adjusting! My older dachshund sister is nearly 17 years old, but I am gentle with her 'cause I know she's fragile. I had a great time last night because I managed to sleep the whole night on Mama's bed. Of course, there were a couple of cats, too, but we kept each other warm!
