Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Gotcha Date: January 16th 2011
 Birthday: May 19th 2010
 Likes: Tearing toys to fluff

Pet-Peeves: Suspicious People & She's Not a huge fan of Labs but is fine after a thorough meet and greet

Favorite Toy: Any stuffie she hasn't destroyed yet - squeekers are a bonus

Favorite Food: The hard Kiwi ends after Momma eats the fruit

Favorite Walk: Loves to be off leash at Grandma's Farm

Best Tricks: She's done some Agility and she was pretty amazing working that equipment; she can also get herself out of her crate

Arrival Story: Momma was purchasing a Silver Sable Puppy that looked alot like me but was colored like Duke; she was concerned that this puppy might not be a pure bred GSD because one of the puppies in the litter was Liver colored with Bright blue eyes that weren't changing color even after 8 weeks old. Also, the owner was not around to see the unplanned mating. She decided to take a look one last time even though she had a heafty security deposit on the puppy.
Within 20min of searching on the internet she found me off Florida Craigslist.
Someone had left a deposit on me and never come to pick me up. There loss. My new family loves me so much.
It just felt like a Godsend because Momma already had a driver to bring the silver puppy up from Florida and I was closer to Chicago than she was so She wouldn't have to pay more.
When Momma sent the picture to Daddy he said, "Wow! She looks exactly like what you've been looking for." Which meant Daddy agreed.
We talked to the driver and asked about the switch and all was set. The driver turned out to be a bonehead and took a month and a half to bring me home but I am home now and very happy.

Bio: My Sire is a Red Sable GSD and my Dam is a Long Coated White GSD. I have a Thick Red Sable coat with beautiful facial markings like a wolf.

Yesterday was my big day. I's finally old enough to get my OFA Certification. I went to the vet to get my x-rays for my hips and elbows.
My paws are crossed and my tail is in a knot hoping for a good score.
When I was sedated Momma told them to give me a manacure and pedicure. My nails are very short now in what is called a show cut.
Bad news...I have hook worms. It is probably because I've been spending alot of time at the farm with my friend Tracker Dee. Tracker and her brother Coconut do not get to the vet much so she probably gave them to me. Maybe that is why I've been licking myself so much lately. Hopefully the dewormer will make me pay less attention to my hind quarters 'cause Momma thinks it's gross when I's going to town on myself.
So, even though Momma spent a small fortune on me yesterday she has to take all of us to the vet now for a fecal test and dewormer because as you know if one of us has worms we all have worms. Luckily I do not have heartworm and I'm back on meds for the next three seasons.
Bark with you Later,
Paisley Anne

I had a great birthday. French Toast for Breakfast and I got Ice Cream from my favorite ice cream shop on da 16th before the NATO's visit to Chicago closed down multiple streets near our apartment. We got to run at da farm almost all day long and one time today I got to run along side Grandpa's Motorcycle which is much faster than da golf cart. I can keep up really well because I am really fast. Da golf cart is no challenge for me.

We found out Duke was not lost and injured...he was stolen and the blood on the door was all a hoax to keep us from looking for him and bringing him home. Duke is home, safe and sound with not a scratch on him. He is happy and we love him. More details will be posted. If anyone has any questions I can answer them after we all get some much needed rest.
