Arrival Story:
I got oreo was she was 4 1/2 years old. Her previous owner was going to jail for 3 years, and the life style she was living then was not good. I knew if anybody else who associated with the previous owner took Oreo they would continue having her live that horrible life style. I knew she was a special, and sweet dog, just didn't have the right owner. I am blessed to have Oreo as my dog.
Bio:
Oreo is almost 15 years old. She is my little old lady now but still gets spunky and still runs in the backyard. She is the most loving and loyal dog ever. She follows me everywhere. When it was just Oreo and I she would sleep with me every night and had to have her head on the pillow and be under the covers. She is very vocal and she smiles. Every time she is done eating, she goes to her bed and wipes her face on her blanket. She is excellent with our 2 1/2 year old daughter, letting her do whatever to Oreo. Oreo is excellent at the vet, the doctor's say she is one of there best patients. Oreo definitely has a soul, and I have always said she seems to be half human. It's a shame this breed has such a bad reputation, it's not the breed, it's the owner!
